Reservations and acceptance

Reservations will be considered valid after payment has been made.

Upon booking, each guest will receive a confirmation email with room references, days of stay and the price of the stay.

Within the email you will find a link from which to access the online check-in where you will have to provide all the information necessary for your registration. In particular, it is a question of providing personal data, a valid identity document, e-mail address and telephone number. Failure to comply with this obligation constitutes a violation of the rules of the Penal Code and therefore the reservation will not be accepted. Once you have checked in online, you will receive an email with the access codes and instructions.

Check-in on the day of arrival is from 14:00; on the day of departure, check out is done by 10:00

Prices and services

The prices are intended per room and per night and include the tourist tax of € 2.50 per person per night for a maximum period of 14 consecutive nights.

Children under 15 years of age are exempt from paying the tourist tax. For the other exemptions provided, please refer to the relevant Municipal Regulations.

The price of the room includes the use of the room and the bathroom, the supply of towels and sheets, the use of all accessories and bathroom products, heating and cooling, the use of the smart TV and the use of the Wi-Fi network. -Fi for connecting to the Internet.

It is possible to leave your luggage in the video-monitored common area of ​​21 Armeno, up to the time of departure from Naples, but the structure assumes no responsibility in case of loss, theft or damage.

The property declines all responsibility for the loss, theft or damage to objects left unattended in the rooms.

We are not responsible for any inefficiencies due to total or partial lack of electricity, water or internet connection not dependent on our wishes.

Cancellations

It is possible to cancel or reduce your reservation, without any charge, up to 7 days before the date of your arrival at: Manage Reservation.

For cancellations or reductions of the stay communicated less than 7 days or in case of no-show we charge a penalty equal to 50% of the cost of the stay.

If the guest arrives but does not want to stay, he is required to pay 100% of the cost of the stay.

If the guest arrives and asks to reduce the stay, he is required to pay 100% of the cost of the stay.

Recommendations and prohibitions

It is recommended:

• Correct use of the toilets, avoiding throwing in the W.C. sanitary towels, towels, cotton buds and other objects that can block it (it is recommended to use the special baskets).

It is forbidden:

• To use heaters, electric heaters, gas stoves and the like inside the structure, as they can cause damage to the structure, to people and things.




• To smoke.




• To use drugs.

• Speaking loudly, screaming, slamming doors or windows, allowing children to roam the various rooms or use household appliances without the supervision of a parent.
